We are looking for aSenior Engineering Program Manager with15+ years of experience to lead large-scale Agile programs, drive alignment across multiple teams/ARTs, manage dependencies, coordinate release management, facilitate feature delivery, and enable successful execution across cross-functional and cross-geography teams.

Key Skills & Experience

• 15+ years of experience required

• Release Train Engineering (RTE) expertise

• Cross-ART and cross-geo coordination

• Strong knowledge of SAFe, Agile, Lean principles, and large-scale delivery practices

• Experience leading complex programs involving multiple teams or ARTs

• Excellent facilitation and stakeholder management skills

• Ability to manage cross-team dependencies, risks, and escalations

• Strong communication skills, including executive-level reporting and presentations

• Systems thinking and the ability to understand end-to-end solution delivery

• Experience working with Product Management, Engineering, Architecture, and Business stakeholders

• Data-driven approach to tracking progress, identifying issues, and driving improvements

• Coaching and mentoring skills to help teams adopt and mature Agile practices

• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities in fast-paced environments

Bonus Skills

• Experience with GitHub, including repository management, pull request workflows, branch strategies, and release coordination

• Familiarity with Jenkins or other CI/CD platforms

• Understanding of DevOps practices, automated testing, and deployment pipelines

• Experience using Polarion, Jira, Confluence similar Agile planning and tracking tools

• Understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC) and modern engineering practices

• Experience working with APIs, microservices, and distributed systems in enterprise environments
