We are looking for aManager of System Integration Testwith strong experience inTelecom Quality Engineering,Test Automation andNetwork Management Systems.

Key Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in Software QA, Test Automation, and Quality Leadership.

• Strong telecom domain expertise inGPON, XGS-PON, EPON, OLT, ONT/ONU, and broadband technologies.

• Experience withOMCI, NETCONF, YANG, SNMP, TR-069/TR-369, REST APIs, and NMS/EMS platforms.

• Hands-on experience in automation usingPython/Java, Robot Framework, PyTest, Selenium, Playwright, or similar tools.

• Strong knowledge ofLinux, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and test infrastructure.

• Proven experience leading QA teams, defining test strategies, and driving quality across the SDLC.

• Exposure toAI-assisted testing and modern quality engineering practices is a plus.

Preferred Qualification

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Electronics, or Telecommunications.

• Experience with telecom vendors such asADTRAN, Nokia, or similar organizations preferred.
