Essential Functions

• TheMaintenance Trainee  will completethe learning objectivesof a 18-24-monthtrainingprogramtobeableto:
  • Shadow and learn from Operators, PM Mechanics, Maintenance Technicians, and Sr. Maintenance Technicians
  • Travel to out-of-state mandatory OEM trainings and apply learnings upon returning to the plant
  • Performon-demand maintenance and repair ofthefollowing equipmentinthe manufacturingfacility:
    • Injection Molder
    • Blow Molder
    • Filler
    • Capper
    • Labeler
    • Packer
    • Palletizer
    • Conveyors
  • Completedaily responsibilities assignedby theMaintenance Supervisor or assigned direct supervisor
  • Explainanddemonstrate accomplishmentofthelearning objectivesfor each learning activity inboththeoryandpractice
• Uponsuccessfulcompletionofthe Maintenance Traineeprogram,the participantwillbeplaced into afull-timeposition as aPM Mechanic.

  • 2 Years – Experience in Field or similar manufacturing environment
  • 2 Years – Experience working in Position               
  • 2 Years – Experience managing people/projects
