If you're a hard worker with a great attitude and a clean driving record, this is your chance toget paid $25.00 per hour while you train and then transition into a$27.00 per hour full-time CDL driving role.

No CDL? No problem. We’ll pay you to get it!

Here’s How It Works

• $25.00 per hour during your training phase

• Complete aweeklong classroom course,behind-the-wheel training, and road test

• 🪪 Earn yourClass B CDL with air brakes endorsement

• Step into afull-time Local Driver role at $27.00 per hour

Training Timeline

You can complete the full process and start your driving career in as little as3 weeks! Most individuals can get it within a few months!

Once You're a CDL Driver, You’ll:

• Operate a garbage truck safely on local routes

• Collect solid waste and recyclables from residential and commercial customers

• Follow route sheets and work independently

• Perform daily vehicle inspections and basic maintenance

• Provide friendly, professional service to customers

What You’ll Need

• ✅ Avalid Class D license and ability to obtain a CDL permit within 90 days of start date

• 🧾 Aclean driving record

• Physically able to lift50+ lbs and work inall weather conditions

• Strong communication + basic reading/writing skills (English required)

• High school diploma or GED preferred

• 1+ year of general work experience (related experience is a plus)
