The Portfolio Management team centralises demand, project, vendor, financial and compliance oversight for Branch Technology France. The Team Lead drives transparentprioritisation, disciplinedgovernance and effective delivery across the local technology portfolio. 

Responsibilities 

• Lead the Portfolio Managementteam andestablishcleargovernance, objectives,capacity planning and performance monitoring. 

• Own portfoliodemand,prioritisation and planningacross run-the-bank and change-the-bank initiatives,ensuringalignmentwith business andtechnologystrategy. 

• Governprojectdelivery,dependencies,risks, issues, budgets and managementreporting,escalatingdecisions andblockerspromptly. 

• Directvendorgovernance, commercialoversight andthird-partyprocesses,includingsourcing,contracts, servicereviews andrisk management. 

• Oversee portfolio-level compliance,controls, audit actions andcontinuousimprovement,partneringwith business,technology andgovernance stakeholders. 

Skills 

• Essential: Fluent in French and English

• Essential: Strong portfolio, programme andprojectgovernanceskills,with theability to prioritisecompetingdemands and driveaccountabledelivery. 

• Essential: Proventeam leadership, stakeholder management andexecutive communicationskills in acomplex,regulatedenvironment. 

• Essential: Strongfinancial,vendor and commercial managementcapabilities,includingforecasting,contractgovernance andthird-partyriskoversight. 

• Strongunderstanding oftechnologyrisk, compliance,controls and auditremediation,with adisciplined andevidence-basedapproach. 

• Ability to translate businessneedsintostructureddemand,delivery roadmaps, management information andcleardecisions.
