Summary

The primary responsibility of theWarehouseDriveristoensure all theproper materials have been packed, loaded, and delivered safely. 

Essential Functions

• Ensure proper materials, items, and equipment have been packed and loaded onto the vehicle for delivery.

• Properly load materials onto the vehiclewith a forkliftin a safe manner to insure they are not damaged during the loading, transport and unloading process.

• Deliver all materials, equipment and products tojob as assigned.Inspect vehicles before each use.

• Maintainexterior and interior cleanliness of Company vehicles.

• Return unusedproduct and materials from work sites(s) andreturn to vendor for credit on company account.

• Retrieve original invoice from AP Technician and provide to vendor.

• Complete all required documents, complete vehicle inspections, obtain signatures, andsubmit asrequired.

• Practice proper safety protocols andutilize proper safety equipment

• Any other field duties as assigned 

Skills & Qualifications 

• A valid driver’s license and clean driving record arerequired

• Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups ofmanager, clients,customers and thegeneral public

• Interpersonal skills to develop andmaintain professional working relationships with builders, vendors,subordinates and co-workers

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to proactivelyidentify, analyze,address and resolve problem areas,conflicts and issues; strongdecision makingskills

• Organizational skills toinsure adequate tracking systems areutilized to maintain and track all required information associated with the ordering and production process

• Working knowledge of internet, inventory, project management, spreadsheet and word process software and order processing systems
