ODC Partnership Lead

Role Purpose

Serve as the partnership focal point between NXP Vietnam and the NXP-FPT ODC, strengthening collaboration, communication, transparency, and continuous improvement across the ODC.

Key Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with FPT management and key stakeholders.
• Facilitate communication and alignment between NXP Vietnam and the ODC.
• Maintain visibility of important organizational and operational developments.
• Identify, escalate, and support resolution of partnership issues.
• Support engagement, organizational development, and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to influence and coordinate without formal authority.
• Ownership mindset with practical continuous improvement orientation.
• Interest in organizational development and people-related topics.
