Are you passionate about igniting positive change in the lives of children and families? Step into the spotlight as a Behavior Technician (BT) at May Institute!  

As aBT at ourRandolph Center,you’ll provide one-on-one, evidence-basedABA therapy to help children developcommunication, social, play, and daily living skills. You’ll implement individualized behavior support plans (BSPs) and assist in reducing challenging behaviors. You’llcollect data, track progress, and collaborate with supervisors (BCBAs) to ensure effective treatment.

What You’ll Do

• Tailored Support:Dive into the world of individualized treatment plans, guiding clients through communication, social, and daily living skill development. 
• Data-Driven Insights:data collection and analysis to track client progress and behavior, ensuring every step forward is celebrated. 
• Empowering Connections:Offer invaluable feedback and unwavering support to families and caregivers, fostering a network of strength and resilience. 
• Team Synergy:Join forces with a dynamic team of BCBAs, therapists, and support staff, collaborating seamlessly to deliver consistent and impactful interventions. 

What You Bring 

• Valid U.S. driver’s license with at least 1 year of driving experience, paired withreliable transportation (travel is required)
• Experience: 1+ yearsexperience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities
• Communication Mastery: communication and interpersonal skills
• Team Player: Seamlessly transition between working independently and collaborating within a team, ensuring collective success. 
• Learning Mindset: Embrace a thirst for knowledge and a passion for implementing evidence-based practices in applied behavior analysis (ABA), driving continuous improvement and innovation.
