What you will do:

• Analyze procurement markets and independently lead negotiations with suppliers

• Manage RfX processes, including bidder selection, evaluation, and communication throughout the process

• Finalize contracts and manage their implementation in procurement systems such as SAP, including purchase order creation and administration

• Monitor delivery schedules, manage reminders, and handle returns and claims

• Review and optimize service contracts to ensure market competitiveness and compliance with procurement guidelines

• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to support efficient and cost-effective procurement processes

What you bring & who you are:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in procurement, business administration, or a related field

• Experience in operational procurement and strong knowledge of P2P and RfX processes

• Confident user of procurement systems such as SAP, Oracle, Ariba, Coupa, or Ivalua, as well as MS Office

• Strong communication and negotiation skills with a collaborative mindset

• Ideally, certifications in procurement processes such as CIPS Level 2 or 3

• Very good German and English language skills
