Join us in shaping the future of renewable energy by delivering high-quality PV projects across Italy. You will work in an international environment where collaboration, safety and innovation drive every project forward.

What you will do:

  • Lead, plan and coordinate all construction activities on site during execution and commissioning phases

  • Coordinate contractors and subcontractors to ensure safe, high-quality and timely project delivery

  • Oversee HSEQ compliance and report potential risks, hazards and improvement opportunities

  • Monitor construction progress, equipment deliveries and site documentation including weekly reports

  • Ensure all works comply with local, national and international regulations as well as technical specifications

  • Organize and participate in onsite meetings, testing, commissioning and final acceptance activities

What you bring & who you are:

  • Degree in civil, electrical or a similar engineering field

  • 3 to 5 years experience in construction site management, ideally within renewable energy or infrastructure projects

  • Good technical understanding of electrical or civil works

  • Italian and English language skills; ideally, you also speak Spanish, French or German

  • Ideally, certifications such as “Preposto”, “Primo Soccorso” and “Antincendio”; support can be provided to obtain them

  • Structured, responsible and independent working style with willingness to travel extensively and work onsite full-time
