Axpo Polska also provides services to more than 25,000 companies from the small and medium-sized enterprises segment and, since April 2020, it has only been offering energy with a certified origin from renewable energy sources. While supporting energy transition in Poland, the Company also implements large-scale photovoltaic projects.

Currently we are looking for:Senior Business Product Specialist (f/m/d)

Join Axpo Polska to shape the future of energy for small and medium enterprises (SMEs) in Poland. Drive innovation, streamline processes, and deliver best-in-class customer experiences aligned with Axpo's strategic goals.

What you will do:

  • Conduct competitive analysis and monitor market trends in electricity and gas products for small and medium-sized enterprises (B2B)

  • Adapt product offerings and operational processes accordingly changes in energy legislation and regulatory requirements

  • Manage the go-to-market process—from concept through market launch—using project management methodology, with particular emphasis on preparing high-quality internal and external product documentation

  • Optimize operational processes linked to product delivery and management

  • Develop and deliver training programs for sales, support, and back-office teams to ensure comprehensive product competency across the organization

  • Provide comprehensive product support to back-office teams, ensuring they have the knowledge needed to execute effectively

  • Actively participate in strategic initiatives related to business development, customer satisfaction, IT infrastructure, and other key business areas

  • Collaborate closely with other business units, such as the Pricing & Hedging Team, Business Intelligence Team, and others

What you bring & who you are:

  • Master's or university degree

  • Experience in product development, business analytics, and/or project management, preferably in the energy market and mass market products

  • Open-minded critical thinker with strong problem-solving abilities

  • Experience in business analytics, defining business requirements for systems, developing processes, and testing new functionalities

  • Attention to detail and strong documentation management skills

  • Strong prioritization skills to focus on impactful business tasks

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to engage senior stakeholders

  • Advanced in MS Office, Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft BI (user level)

  • Proficiency in Polish and English
