Operations Controller TM (f/m/d)

What you will do:

  • Support transaction management activities across energy trading operations, ensuring accurate deal entry, validation, confirmations and settlement

  • Manage and resolve operational inquiries through shared mailboxes and JIRA while acting as a key contact for trading desks

  • Collaborate closely with Front Office, Risk, Accounting, Logistics, and IT teams to ensure smooth daily operations and efficient issue resolution

  • Monitor and improve operational processes, internal controls, and quality standards across Transaction Management activities

  • Contribute to IT and process improvement projects, including system enhancements, new market integrations, and operational optimization initiatives

  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, financial reporting standards, and internal control processes across trading operations

What you bring & who you are:

  • Higher education in accounting, finance, economics, business, or a related field

  • Experience in energy trading operations, transaction management, or back-office activities within the energy sector

  • Strong understanding of energy (Power, Gas, LNG, Environmental certificates) and financial markets, trading products, settlements, and operational risk management

  • Confident communication skills in English (C1/C2); ideally, you also speak additional European languages

  • Analytical and solution-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail and process optimization skills

  • Good IT skills, ideally with experience working with ETRM (Endur) and ERP (SAP) systems.

  • Open to innovation, continuous learning, and collaboration in a fast-changing environment. Even if you do not meet every requirement, we encourage you to apply.
