Are you detail-driven and service-oriented with a passion for operational procurement? Join Axpo Services Cluj to support purchasing processes, ensure compliance, and contribute to strategic procurement goals in a dynamic, international setting.
What you will do:
Support the execution of category strategy and sourcing processes
Assist with internal demand and supply market analysis
Manage requisitions, orders, confirmations, GRs/SES, and invoices
Coordinate RfX processes and supplier awarding documentation
Advise users on procurement tools (S4, Fiori, Ariba, BC365)
Maintain procurement systems and report on KPIs
What you bring & who you are:
Bachelor’s degree or commercial/technical apprenticeship with procurement training
Experience in operational procurement or purchasing
Strong organizational and communication skills
Detail-oriented, proactive, and service-focused mindset
Familiarity with SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems
Proficient in English and German
About the team:
You’ll be part of a collaborative Shared Service Center team in Cluj, working closely with business units and category leaders across Axpo. The environment is fast-paced, solution-oriented, and open to continuous improvement and digitalization.
