Junior Operations Specialist (f/m/d)

What you will do:

• Launch and develop activities in the field of power and gas suppliers, with a focus on debt collection processes.

• Manage the ongoing receivables portfolio, including monitoring balances, payment due dates, and case statuses.

• Handle day-to-day management of cases in collection and accounting systems, analyze outstanding debt and payment risks, and recommend further actions.

• Conduct out-of-court debt collection, including negotiating repayment terms and settlement agreements.

• Automate and continuously improve mass processes related to workflow and document processing.

• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners, such as collection agencies or courts, to ensure effective collection activities.

What you bring & who you are:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Law or Administration.

• Previous experience in customer service, finance, accounting or debt collection is a big plus.

• Knowledge of CRM systemsfor managing customer and receivables data andgood Excel skills are highly preferred.

• Strong analytical mindset, high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

• Ability to prioritize tasks, take ownership of responsibilities, perform under time pressure, and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.

• You are open-minded, adaptable, and have a strong willingness to learn and grow.

• Languages: Polish (native) and English (min. B1).

• Understanding of the Polish energy market is highly preferred.
