Achieving our mission starts with providing enriching, purpose-driven careers for our team that empower them to make a tangible impact on patient lives. We are committed to creating a culture where our employees are empowered to bring their whole selves to work and tap into the power of diverse backgrounds and skillsets to play a part in making a difference for every patient, everywhere.

Our flexible approach to working allows our global teams to decide where they want to work, whether in-office or at home based on team and client need. Major city hubs in London, Manchester, Washington, D.C., and New York, and smaller offices globally, serve as collaboration hubs allowing our teams to come together when it matters. Homeworkers are equally supported, with dedicated social opportunities and resources.

Our inclusive culture is at the heart of everything we do. We proudly support our employees in bringing their whole selves to work with our six Employee Network Groups – Diverse Ability, Family, Gender, LGBTQ+, Mental Health, and Race/Ethnicity. These groups provide opportunities to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion and to connect, learn, and socialise through regular meetings and programs of activity. We are an accredited Fertility Friendly employer with our Fertility Policy, enhanced parental leave, and culture of flexibility ensuring every employee feels supported across their family planning journey and can work in a way that suits their family’s needs.

We are deeply invested in supporting professional growth for our employees through day-to-day career experiences, access to thousands of on-demand training sessions, regular career conversations, and the opportunity for global, cross-capability career moves.

We take pride in being part of the Disability Confident Scheme. This helps make sure you can be interviewed fairly if you have a disability, long term health condition, or are neurodiverse. If you'd like to apply and need adjustments made, you can let us know in your application.

 About us

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading global strategic healthcare partner providing consulting and advisory services to the biopharmaceutical, medical technology, and wellness industries. Our mission is to ensure that everyone has access to the care and treatment they need, regardless of location, financial status, or other factors.

We build and support multiple enterprise products used by internal and client teams to deliver real-world outcomes in high-stakes settings. As part of our 2026 growth plans, we’re hiring a Senior Product Designer in the UK (flexible remote/hybrid). We are looking for an ambitious and driven individual who wants to make a direct impact in AI in enterprise healthcare.

The opportunity

We’re exploring and validating generative AI use cases across our products to reduce friction in end-to-end workflows and improve how work gets done. This means designing experiences that move beyond standalone tools and towards human-led, AI-assisted workflows, where AI supports users through repetitive or complex steps while keeping people accountable, informed, and in control.

As a Senior Product Designer, you’ll help shape practical, usable AI-enabled experiences that improve speed, quality, and consistency across enterprise workflows. You’ll work closely with Product, Engineering, and subject-matter experts to understand user needs, test ideas, design robust interactions, and deliver experiences that are trusted, transparent, and measurable.

This role suits someone who is comfortable working through ambiguity, can turn complex workflow problems into clear product experiences, and brings strong product design craft from discovery through to delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design GenAI-enabled experiences across one or more enterprise web-app products or workstreams, contributing to principles and reusable patterns for human-led, AI-assisted collaboration.

  • Translate complex workflows into clear user journeys, prototypes, experiments, and shipped product improvements, working closely with Product and Engineering.

  • Plan and conduct discovery and evaluative research for AI-enabled experiences, including concept testing, usability testing, preference testing, and workflows-in-context.

  • Use qualitative and quantitative evidence to inform design decisions, iterate on solutions, and contribute to success metrics with Product.

  • Design for trust, transparency, and user control, ensuring AI-assisted experiences help users understand what is happening, what has been generated, and where human review is required.

  • Collaborate with Legal/Compliance, InfoSec, and domain experts to incorporate appropriate UX guardrails into the experience.

  • Contribute AI-ready components, interaction patterns, and documentation to the global design system, maintaining a high-quality bar through design critique and review.

  • Support and collaborate with other designers by sharing product thinking, interaction design approaches, AI UX considerations, and workflow optimisation practices.

  • Be an active contributor to an experimental, evidence-driven design culture.

About You

  • 5+ years product design experience favouring complex enterprise web applications, with 1+ years in a Senior capacity.

  • Experience designing end-to-end product experiences from discovery through delivery, with strong examples of shipped work.

  • Familiarity with AI UX concepts and experience designing AI-enabled features beyond simple chat interfaces.

  • Ability to reason through design trade-offs between helpfulness, safety, latency, accuracy, transparency, and user control.

  • Strong UI and interaction design skills for complex workflows, with the ability to simplify complexity without removing necessary depth.

  • Confident research practitioner: able to plan and run workshops, conduct user research, synthesise insights, and use evidence to influence decisions.

  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with experience working closely with Product, Engineering, and subject-matter experts.

  • Experience in regulated, high-trust, or complex enterprise domains is desirable.

  • An outstanding portfolio demonstrating strong product thinking, design craft, research-informed decision-making, and measurable product impact.

Education level and qualifications

  • Degree in design, psychology, business, statistics, human-computer interaction (HCI), related field or equivalent experience is a plus

  • Experienced product design skills is required, 5+ years.
