What you’ll own

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivatedSenior Software Test Engineer / QA Automation Lead with 10+ years of experience in software quality assurance, test automation, and quality engineering. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise inSelenium, Playwright, Java, and C#, with a proven track record of building scalable automation frameworks, driving quality initiatives, and collaborating with cross-functional teams in Agile environments.

The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining automated test solutions while ensuring high-quality software delivery across web-based applications and services.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain robust test automation frameworks usingSelenium WebDriver andPlaywright.
• Create and execute automated test scripts usingJava andC#.
• Develop comprehensive test strategies, test plans, and test cases aligned with business requirements.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, system, and end-to-end testing.
• Collaborate closely with Developers, Product Owners, Business Analysts, and DevOps teams.
• Participate in requirement reviews and provide quality-focused feedback during design discussions.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
• Analyze test results, troubleshoot issues, and provide detailed defect reports.
• Mentor junior QA engineers and promote testing best practices across teams.
• Drive continuous improvement in automation coverage, execution efficiency, and release quality.
• Ensure compliance with organizational quality standards and processes.

• 10+ years of experience in Software Testing and Quality Assurance.

• Hands-on experience withPlaywright Automation Framework.

• Security and accessibility testing experience.
• Exposure to Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) using Cucumber/SpecFlow.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of software testing and automation experience.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, Agile, and DevOps methodologies.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience working in distributed and cross-functional teams.
