About the Role

Automotive Elegance is seeking an Operations & Profit Optimization Lead to transform how revenue turns into profit across three brick-and-mortar locations and dealership operations. This is a senior, high-impact role for a systems-driven operator who thrives in production-heavy environments and is comfortable building structure, enforcing standards, and driving measurable improvements in efficiency and profitability.

What This Role Exists to Do

• Eliminate operational inefficiencies that limit profitability.

• Build visibility into labor, materials, logistics, and execution.

• Standardize operations across locations without killing performance.

• Create scalable systems that support growth, not chaos.

Key Responsibilities

Operational & Profitability Analysis

• Analyze operational and financial data to identify margin leakage.

• Build baseline models for labor efficiency, material usage, and job-level profitability.

• Translate analysis into executable operational improvements.

Multi-Location Operations Leadership

• Own operational performance across three retail locations.

• Standardize systems and execution while allowing for location-specific nuance.

• Identify and correct performance variance between locations.

Logistics, Inventory & Production Readiness

• Ensure materials, tools, and jobs are staged prior to install start times.

• Own inventory strategy, PAR levels, and usage tracking.

• Reduce waste, shrinkage, and rework through better systems.

Labor Efficiency & Execution Discipline

• Measure and improve revenue per labor hour.

• Optimize scheduling, workflow, and job sequencing.

• Remove bottlenecks in production and logistics.

Quality & Accountability

• Enforce execution and quality standards.

• Implement measurable quality control checkpoints.

• Hold teams accountable using data, not emotion.

Sales Alignment

• Partner with Sales to align demand with operational capacity.

• Flag risks early to prevent reschedules and margin erosion.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience building operational systems in a production-heavy environment.

• Track record of improving efficiency, visibility, and profitability.

• Comfort managing strong personalities and enforcing standards.

• Experience operating across multiple locations.

• Financial and operational literacy tied to labor, materials, and margin.

• Bias toward action, accountability, and clarity.

Compensation

Competitive base salary with significant performance-based bonus tied directly to profitability, labor efficiency, and waste reduction. Strong performers can exceed $150,000+ in total compensation based on results. We believe in paying for outcomes, not activity.
