Automation Tester - Toronto office 4 days office – 80,000 only – 5-9 years present profiles only
Ideal Candidate Profile
  • 5–8 years of QA testing experience.
  • Strong understanding of the Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and QA processes.
  • Experience in test case design, execution, defect tracking, and reporting.
  • Hands-on expertise in Selenium and/or UFT automation frameworks.
  • Proven experience in Regression Test Suite creation, maintenance, and execution.
  • Skilled in preparing QA metrics, dashboards, and test status reports.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Exposure to Banking domain projects; Wealth Management experience is highly preferred.

Key Interview Areas
  • STLC and defect management process.
  • Test case design techniques and coverage.
  • Selenium/UFT framework architecture and implementation.
  • Regression testing strategy and optimization.
  • Test metrics and reporting.
  • Banking application testing scenarios.
  • Wealth Management business knowledge (if applicable).
  • Automation framework maintenance and CI/CD integration.
  • API and database testing experience.
  • Agile QA practices and collaboration with developers/business teams.
