       Should you be interested in overseeing these tasks and aiming for enhanced performance standards, your role will involve:

  • Managing customs procedures related to the shipment of goods

  • Maintaining accurate and compliant customs documentation

  • Preparing and verifying shipping documentation for customers

  • Ensuring efficient flow and control of delivery and shipment documentation

  • Working in accordance with international regulations (IMDG, IATA DGR, ADR)

  • Performing activities in compliance with ISO/TS 16949 and ISO 14001 standards

  • Supporting initiatives to minimize environmental impact

  • Identifying and implementing process improvements within your area of responsibility

  • Training and supporting new logistics employees in transportation and customs processes

  • Providing support during logistics-related crisis situations

  • Assisting with annual inventory processes

  • Contributing to the optimization of transportation routes from supplier to customer

  • Supporting initiatives aimed at optimizing transportation costs

  • Conducting 5S audits in offices and production areas in line with the audit schedule

  • Collaborating with Autoliv sites on customs-related topics (origin of goods, knowledge sharing, process standardization)

  • Managing export closing activities using alternative methods

  • Reviewing and validating customs and tax liabilities for shipments cleared in Poland

  • Operating relevant systems such as VIM and SRM

  • Verifying import clearances in Germany

  • Preparing Intrastat declarations for the PAX division

  • Submitting customs declarations through SISC IT systems

     If you have/are:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Law, Engineering, or a related field, with knowledge of administrative and financial law (preferably customs law)

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in customs operations

  • Strong command of English

  • Proficiency in MS Office and relevant IT systems

  • Ability to work effectively under time pressure

  • Strong organizational skills, with a structured and responsible working style

  • Team-oriented with good communication skills

  • Solid knowledge of customs procedures and regulations
