Join our team as aMember Contact Center Sales Associate, where you'll deliver exceptional service, help members get the most from their AAA membership, and assist with planning memorable travel experiences. In this fast-paced, high-volume contact center role, you'll use a consultative, relationship-based sales approach to identify members' needs and recommend the products and services that best fit their lifestyle. You'll assist with membership benefits, travel planning and reservations, financial services, driving school information, emergency roadside assistance, and other AAA offerings—all while providing outstanding customer care.

What You'll Do:

  • Build strong relationships with members through personalized, consultative service.

  • Recommend and sell AAA Memberships, travel products, financial services, and other AAA solutions.

  • Assist members with questions about membership benefits, travel reservations, roadside assistance, driving school, and general account inquiries.

  • Deliver friendly, professional support in a fast-paced contact center environment.

  • Consistently meet or exceed established sales and performance goals while providing an exceptional member experience.

**Training Requirement:Training is paid and will take placevirtually, Monday - Friday (9:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. EST) for the first 5 weeks.Must be able to attendALL training.Work schedule will begin after training is completed. ** Set work schedule.

 

What we can offer you:

  • A starting base hourly rate for this position is $15.00 - $20.00.**The base pay range shown is a guideline for compensation and ultimate salary offered will be based on factors such as geographic location.

What we need from you:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.

  • 2 to 5 years ofSALESexperience with a preference for those with call center or inbound call experience.

  • A Motor Club License is required for selling and servicing AAA ACA Memberships. Candidates must pass a background screening, including federal and state fingerprinting, and obtain the necessary licensing within 60 days of hire. Costs will be reimbursed at time licensing is secured. Costs varies by State (up to $200).

  • Must be able to provide a work environment free from all disruptions and distractions. This includes a private area that prevents access to others during working hours, as well as prevents disruptions such as overly noisy pets or others within your home. Working remotely is not intended to serve as a substitute for child/dependent or adult/elder care.

  • Must be able to work overtime and/or on holidays as required by business needs.

  • Subject to any pre-approved PTO, in this position and regardless of your regularly scheduled workdays, you are expected to work the day after the following holidays: Christmas, New Years, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day and Thanksgiving.

  • Must be able to maintain a stable, secure, and hard-wired internet connection for the duration of their employment. Wi-Fi connections are not permitted for use in the role.
