$47.50 - $71.25Major Responsibilities:
Lead the design, review, approval, maintenance, and retirement of people related policiesÂ
Establish clear lifecycle stages, ownership, and decision rights for all policiesÂ
Ensure policies are current, accurate, and aligned to evolving organizational needsÂ
Maintain disciplined review cycles and documentation standardsÂ
Align policies to our purpose & commitmentsÂ
Align policies to enterprise governance bodies, decision frameworks, and escalation pathsÂ
Ensure consistency across divisions, geographies, and practice environmentsÂ
Partner with governance forums to coordinate approvals and resolve conflictsÂ
Reinforce accountability for policy ownership and adherenceÂ
Convert policy requirements into clear standards, procedures, and expectationsÂ
Ensure policies are written for usability, clarity, and realworld applicationÂ
Reduce ambiguity by defining roles, responsibilities, and decision thresholdsÂ
Partner with enablement teams to ensure policies are actionable in practiceÂ
Facilitate collaboration across Legal, Compliance, PCBPs, Operations, and other stakeholdersÂ
Balance regulatory requirements with operational realitiesÂ
Resolve competing perspectives while maintaining enterprise consistencyÂ
Ensure timely progression of policies through review and approval processesÂ
Establish standards for policy publishing, version control, and accessibilityÂ
Partner with Training & Development to support effective rollout and reinforcementÂ
Enable leaders and teammates to understand and apply policy expectationsÂ
Monitor adoption challenges and address barriers to understandingÂ
Track changes in employment law, regulatory guidance, and best practicesÂ
Assess impact of external changes on existing policiesÂ
Proactively recommend policy updates to mitigate risk and ensure complianceÂ
Partner with Legal and Compliance on regulatory interpretationÂ
Define metrics to assess policy clarity, usage, and effectivenessÂ
Analyze feedback, trends, and case data to identify gaps or misalignmentÂ
Use insights to drive continuous improvement of policy content and structureÂ
Inform leadership of risks, inconsistencies, or opportunities for simplificationÂ
Identify opportunities to streamline, consolidate, or modernize policiesÂ
Reduce policy complexity while preserving intent and complianceÂ
Promote consistency and standardization across the enterpriseÂ
Support the evolution from “policy as rules” to “policy as enablement”Â
Licensure, Registration, and/or Certification Required:

Education Required:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent years of experience.  Master’s degree preferredÂ
Experience Required:
Typically requires 5 years of experience working in human resources, compliance, or related leadership role.
