Test Management Engineer or Analyst

We are seeking a highly motivated professional to lead and oversee all testing activities within automotive system projects. This role is critical in ensuring the quality and readiness of systems for release, providing a well-foundedrelease recommendation based on comprehensive test results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement aproject-specific test strategy aligned with customer requirements.
• Create and manage detailedtest plans, defining activities, timelines, and resources.
• Coordinate and monitorsystem integration andrelease testing processes.
• Support theprototype ordering process for release validation.
• Act as the main point of contact forcustomer communication regarding testing.
• Review test results, manage deviations, and ensure timely resolution of action items.
• Establish and supportcustomer-specific testing procedures.
• Deliver clear and data-drivenrelease recommendations.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong background inAutomotive Systems Validation.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams.
• Advanced level ofEnglish (written and spoken).
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (completed or in progress).
