Junior Fixed Operations Associate

Hiring:

• Pay:$19.00 hourly
• Schedule:We ask that you have open availability to support dealership operations and customer demand. You will need to be available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Reports to Service Manager
• Onsite in Wisconsin

What You'll Do

• Clean vehicle interiors and exteriors, including upholstery, painted surfaces, and engine compartments.
• Prepare vehicles for service by installing protective seat, steering wheel, and floor coverings.
• Inspect vehicles for visible defects and help restore vehicles to a clean, like-new appearance.
• Prepare and apply vehicle protection products as assigned.
• Complete final quality checks and report concerns to your supervisor.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas and parking areas.
• Follow dealership safety procedures and report unsafe conditions.

What You'll Bring

• Willingness to work as part of a team.
• No previous detailing or automotive experience required.
• This is a non-driving position; dealership and customer vehicles will not be driven.

Physical Requirements & Work Environment

This position regularly requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, crouching, reaching, and working with your hands. Team members may move or lift items weighing up to 50 pounds.

Work may take place indoors and outdoors and may include exposure to loud noise and changing weather conditions. Reasonable accommodations may be provided to support individuals in performing the essential functions of the position.

Hiring Requirements

• Must meet applicable requirements for employment as a high school student or equivalent.
• Must be 16 or 17 years old.
• Employment is contingent upon completion of required pre-employment screening.
