About the Role
As aDutch Customer Support Specialist, you'll be the first point of contact for customers and marketplace sellers, ensuring every interaction is handled with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency.
Your Responsibilities
- Assist customers via phone, email, and chat with their questions and concerns.
- Resolve issues related to orders, deliveries, payments, refunds, and returns.
- Provide support to external marketplace sellers.
- Help customers with questions regarding digital products and services.
- Escalate complex cases to the appropriate internal departments.
- Deliver an outstanding customer experience while representing one of the Netherlands' top online retailers.
Native or fluent Dutch (C1/C2).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
Good computer skills.
Team player with a positive attitude.
High School Diploma.
EU Passport/ID or a valid Portuguese Residence Permit.
Base Salary:1435€ gross/month
Long-Term Career Opportunity
- Initial 12-month employment contract.
- 12-month contract extension.
- Permanent contract after 2 years.
Working Schedule
- 40 hours per week.
- 8-hour shifts plus a 1-hour lunch break.
- Rotational shifts, Monday to Sunday.
- Operating hours between07:00 AM and 11:00 PM.
