About the Role 

• We are looking for a skilledC++ Middleware / Android Framework Developer with 3–6 years of experience to develop and enhance middleware components and Android framework services for next-generation infotainment and connected vehicle platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in C++, Android internals, system-level programming, and software architecture. 

What You Will Do 

• Design, develop, and maintain Android Framework and Middleware components. 

• Develop system services, HAL integrations, and platform-level features. 

• Work on Android AOSP customization and enhancement activities. 

• Analyze, debug, and resolve complex system-level and performance issues. 

• Integrate software components with hardware, Linux, and Android services. 

• Collaborate with product, architecture, and application teams to define technical solutions. 

• Optimize software performance, memory usage, and system stability. 

• Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to quality and coding standards. 

• Support feature development, bug fixing, and production issue resolution. 

• Contribute to platform bring-up and software release activities. 

What You Need to Be Successful 

• 3–6 years of experience in C++ software development. 

• Strong proficiency in Modern C++ (C++11/14/17). 

• Hands-on experience with Android Framework, AOSP, and Android Architecture. 

• Good understanding of Android Binder IPC, HAL, JNI, and System Services. 

• Experience in Linux-based development environments. 

• Strong knowledge of multithreading, synchronization, memory management, and object-oriented design. 

• Experience in debugging using GDB, Logcat, Perfetto, Systrace, or similar tools. 

• Familiarity with Git, Gerrit, and software configuration management tools. 

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. 

• Bonus Points If You Have 

• Experience in Automotive Android (AAOS) development. 

• Knowledge of infotainment, navigation, multimedia, or connectivity domains. 

• Experience with Embedded Linux systems. 

• Exposure to Android Security Framework and SELinux. 

• Understanding of CAN, Ethernet, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, or vehicle communication protocols. 

• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies. 

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks. 

What Makes You Eligible 

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electronics, Information Technology, or a related field. 

• 3–6 years of relevant experience in Android Framework, Middleware, and C++ development. 

• Strong communication and collaboration skills. 

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional, and global development environment. 

• Passion for building high-quality automotive and embedded software solutions.
