Product Support Manager (PSM)

The ATEXIS Group is a multinational consulting firm specializing in providing engineering support services to clients, including leading companies in the aerospace, defense, marine, rail, energy, and industrial sectors.

We are looking for aProduct Support Manager to be located on-site at the Customer Maintenance Centre (MRO) to work representing the Technical Cooperation Partner.

The ideal candidate must have a thorough knowledge of the equipment from its initial design stage and will be unconditionally authorized to act on behalf of the partner company and commit it to future actions.

Key Responsabilities:

• Act as thesingle point of contact for the airline on all commercial, technical, and project management issues, including all formal correspondence.
• Manage and supervise other key personnel of the partner company on-site.
• Oversee all relevant equipment defects on-site within the maintenance facility andliaise with the airline and its appointed MRO.
• Organize and lead daily maintenance meetings, ensuring all action items are addressed in a timely manner (taking responsibility for any consequences arising from open items).
• Conductdaily on-site equipment audits, identify new issues, resolve existing problems, and communicate stock status when shortages occur.
• Serve as the main focal point forEntry Into Service support and gap analysis management, maintaining continuous contact with home base engineering support.
• Monitor service level performance and reliability metrics of the equipment.
• Hold full authority and responsibility for the overall delivery of the services.

• Education: Degree in Engineering.
• Experience: Around 5 years as Contract Manager, Product Support Manager, or similar roles.
• Domain Expertise: Desirable experience in aeroespace
• Product Knowledge: Proven involvement in equipment development from the initial design stage.
