We are looking for anInstructional Designer to join ourContent Factory team.

Your Main Responsabilities 📋

• Analyze training needs and learning objectives to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement.
• Design educational materials (courses, modules, guides, manuals) using instructional methodologies.
• Develop interactive and multimedia content (videos, simulations, assessments) in collaboration with subject matter experts.
• Apply pedagogical principles and learning technologies (LMS, authoring tools likeArticulate 360 orAdobe Captivate).

What We’re Looking For 🔍

• Education in pedagogy or a related field in instructional design.
• At least 4 years of proven experience in instructional design (portfolio required).
• Language proficiency:C1 English andB2 French.
• Experience withArticulate Storyline andAdobe Creative Suite.
