To define, lead and improve sanitation programs across the Mondelez Manufacturing network. Act as liaison between plants and corporate technical teams to provide training on sanitation support to address specific sanitation and equipment hygiene design challenges. A sound knowledge of environmental and microbiological testing as well as preventative measures incl sanitary design. Defines KPI’s, monitors progress, trains/mentors/coaches and provide guidance to Manufacturing sanitation teams.

- Bachelor's Degree
- Food Technology knowledge
- Food Safety knowledge
- Micro and allergen knowledge
- Minimum of 5 years of food plant operational experience
- Quality tools including RCA/CAPA and Continuous Improvement
- Thorough knowledge and experience with diverse sanitizing applications
Travel requirements: 40 - 60% (to our plant locations)
Salary and Benefits:
The base salary range for this position is $142,700 to $235,455; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education and location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results and eligibility to participate in our long-term incentive program.
