Business Hours: Mon - Sun 9am-8pm

What You'll Do

• Present vehicle models, trim options and other vehicle attributes.
• Present purchase and finance options along with service programs available.
• Complete follow up's and maintain relationships with previous and prospective customers.
• Track customers using store specific management system/s.
• Keep up to date with Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge and Ram products, features and accessories. Attend product and training courses.
• You'll report to the General Sales Manager and receive coaching to accomplish sales goals.

What You'll Bring

• 1+ years of experience in automotive sales
• 1+ years of experience in customer service
• Previous experience with Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge and Ram brands
• Customer communication in person, over the phone and other digital communication channels
• Working knowledge of computer systems and office software
• Self motivated with the ability to set and achieve targeted goals.
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence

Total Rewards

The annual estimated earning range for this position is $48,200 - $158,700. This position is also eligible for commissions on ("Individual Sales and/or Individual Gross Profit") and/or bonus opportunities ("Individual Units Sold and/or Manufacturer Approvability").

Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
