The ideal candidate for this role will be located near one of our hubs:Â Austin, TX;Â Nashville, TN, Burlington, VT, Cherry Hill, NJ, Rochester, NY, Tampa, FL, or Santa Ana, CA.Â
As aâŻReseller Sales Executive you will be responsible forâŻselling Asure solutionsâŻtoâŻresellers and Service Bureau Organizations (SBOs) including traditional payroll service bureaus, accounting firms, brokers and other benefits providers, financialâŻinstitutionsâŻand any other entities.âŻYou will be driving new business through developing and implementing a sound sales strategy, actively networking, cold calling, attending industry conferences and otherâŻcreativeâŻmethods for business development.âŻâŻYou will be working with existing and new resellers to generate business from theirâŻclientsââŻbase, running discovery calls/demos, delivering compelling sales pitchesâŻto owners and senior executives, building strong relationships and solid pipelines and achieving and exceeding sales quotas.Â
How you will contributeâŻ
- Self-generating and managing marketing generated leads to build a solid pipeline thatâŻassures quota attainmentÂ
- Setting up calls and meetings with decision makers primarily owners and senior executivesÂ
- Presenting the values of a partnership with Asure beyond just product features and functionalityâŻduring all phases of the sales cycleÂ
- Understanding the prospectâs business needs and market challengesÂ
- NegotiatingâŻsound financial agreements whichâŻare win-win solutions for Asure and clientsÂ
- Conducting product demonstrations andâŻpresenting the value of partnering with Asure with prospects and reseller clientsÂ
- Diligently recording sales activities in Sales Force and providing accurate and realistic sales projectionsâŻÂ
- Assisting newâŻresellers in their onboarding to Asure Clients by providing sales training, product training, helping to set up demo sites, etc.Â
QualificationsâŻ
- Bachelorâs Degree or commensurate experienceÂ
- Minimum of 5 - 10 years consultative software sales experienceÂ
- Experience selling a Payroll, HCM or TLM SaaSâŻsolutionâŻpreferredÂ
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task in aâŻfast-pacedâŻenvironmentÂ
- Disciplined and self-motivated to exceed quotaÂ
- Experience managing multiple sales engagements effectivelyÂ
- Proven relationship building and client service skillsÂ
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects at once,âŻyielding exceptional resultsÂ
- Pro-active, results oriented andâŻteam-orientedâŻapproach to salesÂ
- Experience with Salesforce.com, SalesLoft and other virtual selling tools such asâŻGoToMeeting,âŻZoom or other comparable toolsÂ
- Strong oral and written communication skillsÂ
- Proven track record of consistent over-achievement of assigned sales quotaÂ
Compensation
The base salary for this position is $85,000 - $95,000 based on relevant experience, skills, and industry knowledge. The compensation package also includes an uncapped commission structure. Asure Software offers a variety of employee benefits. Salary information is determined by market location and is provided in accordance with state and local pay-transparency laws.
