The AI Infrastructure Datacenter Design Engineer Level 2 independently handles moderate-complexity data hall designs and infrastructure projects while supporting operational improvements and design optimization initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

ā— Develop and maintain medium-complexity data hall layouts and infrastructure designs.

ā— Perform rack elevations, cable routing designs, power and space planning activities.

ā— Conduct infrastructure assessments and recommend improvements for efficiency and scalability.

ā— Collaborate with cross-functional teams on implementation and deployment activities.

ā— Troubleshoot design conflicts and support issue resolution efforts.

ā— Ensure design documentation complies with company and industry standards.

ā— Support project delivery timelines and milestone tracking.

ā— Assist in mentoring junior engineers and reviewing basic design work.

Scope & Complexity

ā— Works independently on moderately complex projects.

ā— Begins contributing to process improvements and technical standards.

ā— Handles multiple concurrent assignments with limited supervision.

Requirements

ā— Strong understanding of data center infrastructure and design standards.

ā— 2–4 years of relevant experience in data center or telecom infrastructure environments.

ā— Proficiency in AutoCAD and infrastructure documentation.

ā— Good communication and collaboration skills.

Salary Range

$48,868.00 - $77,160.00 USD (Salary)
