Infrastructure Integrated Planner

Position Overview:The Infrastructure Planner's role is responsible for developing and maintaining integrated Infra plans for each Site Director area within the client construction projects. It draws together key milestones; critical dates and interdependencies between key stakeholders and Operational plans/programmes.

The post incumbent works with Stakeholders to identify risk, opportunities and potential mitigation and through the delivery of resourced schedules and succinct reports, provides added value to the Strategic Programme. The role is also responsible for the timely submission of integrated Infra plans within the strategic level integrated plan.

Programme Management & Planning Support

• Integrate multi-source data intoresource-loaded Primavera P6 schedules 📊

• Engage extensively withcross-organisational stakeholders and KSHs 🤝

• Develop and manageSite Director and integrated infrastructure plans 🗂️

• Analyse, challenge, and reportrisks, issues, opportunities, and discrepancies 🔍

• Runcause-and-effect and mitigation scenarios to support decision-making 🔄

• Maintain asingle, robust “version of the truth” with NC, PMs, and Client ✅

• Interface withEngineering and Compliance to capture scope and dependencies ⚙️

• Producemonthly progress and performance reports for senior boards 📑

• Submit accurateintegrated plans into the strategic baseline each month 🏗️

Essential Requirements

• StrongPrimavera P6 knowledge (practitioner level) 📊

• Ability to workindependently and collaboratively with Project Teams 🤝

• Experience planning across thefull project lifecycle 🔄

• Proven experience inmonthly programme updates and reporting 📅

• Experience reviewing and assessingsupplier schedules 🔍

• Solid understanding ofrisk and opportunity management within planning ⚠️

• Experience working in aclient-facing environment 🏢

• Professional and effectivestakeholder communication skills 🗣️

• Goodcommercial awareness 💼

• Proficient inMS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) 💻

Desirable Requirements

• Experience working in anoperational environment 🏗️

• Typically4–5 years’ relevant experience ⏳

Additional Information

• Staff or umbrella contractor.
• Potential of 3 days a week on client site in Helensburgh
• Hybrid role with  3 days per week in the Client's Bristol office.
