Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED –Required

• Bachelor’s Degree –Preferred

• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel) –Required

• Bilingual (Spanish) –Preferred

• Understanding of medical terminology and procedure codes (ICD-9/10) –Required

• Knowledge of third-party insurances, government programs, and other insurance agencies for the purpose of obtaining necessary authorizations for treatment –Required

• Excellent interpersonal, customer service, time management, and organizational skills –Required
