    • Maintain accurate, audit-ready records of submissions, approvals, correspondence, and follow-up commitments.
  • Business and Policy Support
    • Assist with regulatory reviews of new products, processes, vendors, and jurisdictional expansion.
    • Compare requirements against current policies, procedures, disclosures, and operational practices and identify potential gaps.
    • Coordinate with Legal, Operations, Lending, Servicing, Finance, and other teams to gather facts and implementation evidence.
    • Support updates to policies, procedures, guidance, training materials, and regulatory reference tools.
  • Reporting and Process Improvement
    • Prepare status reports on regulatory changes, licensing, filings, examinations, and outstanding actions.
    • Identify approaching deadlines, incomplete records, conflicting information, and overdue actions for escalation.
    • Maintain standardized research files, trackers, checklists, templates, and workflows.
    • Protect confidential and privileged information and follow documented quality-control requirements.
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in law, legal studies, compliance, finance, business, public policy, or a related field.
    • Paralegal training, JD coursework, or a compliance or regulatory credential is preferred but not required.

    • Experience researching rules, maintaining regulatory calendars, preparing filings, or supporting examinations is preferred.
