Introduction

We are seeking a highly skilled individual to coordinate technology and data initiatives required to support a select portfolio of high-priority commercial product launches. This role will serve as a key integrator across business, product, technology, CRM, data, analytics, and platform teams to help ensure launch-critical capabilities are delivered in alignment with business timelines and strategic objectives.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5 years of experience in program management, PMO, business operations, platform operations, or related roles.
• Experience coordinating complex technology and data initiatives across multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to manage integrated plans, milestones, dependencies, and risks.
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Prior work experience at client or in client's Industry

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Experience supporting pharmaceutical, biotechnology, healthcare, or life sciences organizations.
• Experience supporting commercial technology platforms, CRM ecosystems, customer engagement solutions, data platforms, or analytics capabilities.
• Experience supporting product launches, launch readiness activities, or launch enablement programs.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Lead program management activities across technology and data initiatives supporting designated launch brands.
• Maintain integrated plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, and key decisions across participating teams.
• Coordinate activities across CRM, data, analytics, reporting, and platform workstreams.
