Associate Analyst - Hybrid

Genesis10 is currently seeking an Associate Analyst for a contract position with a Major Financial Services Company located in Milwaukee, WI. This is a contract opportunity.

Compensation: $21.00 per hour, W2

Position Overview:
This role is part of the Field Financing team, responsible for the back-office administration of various loan and allowance programs. The ideal candidate will administer the team's frontline production responsibilities with a keen focus on timeliness and accuracy, partnering with internal stakeholders, field leaders, and Financial Representatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the client's Succession Loan Support Program (SLSP)
• Manage many cases at a time, with case processing averaging 8-12 weeks per case
• Work as a liaison among the Field Financing Team, consultants, and partner banks to coordinate information sharing for the administrative processing of loans
• Ensure all details are accurate and complete before providing agreements to leadership for signature executing loan confirmation and funding
• Oversee the team's special purpose email box for loan activity, creating cases and resolving inquiries in an accurate and timely manner
• Participate in other loan-related tasks such as processing with other loan programs, balancing, and reconciliation activities

Primary Requirements:

• Associate degree with an emphasis in Accounting, Finance, or Business
• Minimum 3+ years of experience working with accounting/bookkeeping principles
• Ability to complete work with a high degree of accuracy while meeting deadlines
• Demonstrated skills in analytical problem solving, independent decision-making, and sound judgment
• Superior written and oral communication skills to resolve sensitive questions regarding lending policies and procedures
• Ability to manage multiple assignments in a timely and quality manner
• Demonstrated computer experience with solid keyboarding skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office packages, including Excel

Desired Skills:

• Experience working with loan processing and loan documentation
• Customer service experience
• Knowledge of field financing programs and the client's field distribution system
