TCF Activities Skill Requirements 1. Simultaneous engineering for Passenger car assembly 2. Early involvement during CAS & product engineering design. 3. Data Management between ERC and suppliers 4. Process mapping and active participation during proto build. 5. Work along with Design and product team during initial vehicle build to define process sequence. 6. ECN Implementation and Process simulation 7. Project Process feedback and feedforward between different stakeholders in TML. 8. Process sheet, PFMEA, Control Plan documentation experience. 9. Digital Build, Process BOM making experience 10. DMU understanding 11. Facility planning experience, Capex estimation knowledge 12. Tool selection, feasibility checking experience 13. Ergonomic simulations, Assembly Process Simulation experience 14. Industrial Engineering, Time study, Method Study Knowledge. 15. Strong knowledge of 2D CAD, and practical experience in line and process layout, lineside presentation 16. Experience with auto
