Assistantly is a staffing and talent-matching company connecting high-performing virtual assistants with client opportunities, emphasizing remote flexibility and AI-enabled support. As a Compass Real Estate Virtual Assistant, you will play a critical role in supporting real estate agents and teams by ensuring seamless transaction coordination, marketing execution, and client communication.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Manage and scrub Follow Up Boss (FUB) daily, including adding and updating client records, maintaining pipeline accuracy, and ensuring no lead falls into the pond unworked
  • Execute pre-qualification outreach in coordination with ZHL or the agent's preferred lender, routing leads efficiently and keeping qualification data current
  • Run reverse prospecting campaigns daily, pulling 10+ contacts per day from pond lists and converting database contacts into booked appointments and closed opportunities
  • Build and maintain RealScout property searches for all active buyer clients, setting up automated alerts and updating search criteria as client needs evolve
  • Coordinate and execute neighborhood farming campaigns, targeting agent-specified geographic areas with consistent outreach to build brand awareness and generate referrals
  • Track and manage SOI milestone touchpoints — including birthdays, houseiversaries, and life events — ensuring agents never miss a relationship-building opportunity
  • Create and publish daily social media content across agent profiles, including posts, reels, and blog articles optimized for SEO and AI search visibility
  • Provide general admin support including inbox organization, open house follow-up sequences, and timely client communications as directed by the agent
  • 3+ Years of Hands-on experience with Follow Up Boss (FUB) CRM (must-have)
  • Strong verbal communication skills with comfort making calls on behalf of agents
  • Background in social media management, marketing, or real estate client communications 
  • Familiarity with real estate lead generation workflows including reverse prospecting and pond management 
  • Task and workflow management skills with ability to prioritize across multiple agents or assignments
  • Ability to write clear, engaging content for blogs, social posts, and client-facing communications 
  • Experience with real estate platforms such as Zillow, Redfin, or RealScout preferred
  • Familiarity with Compass platform, Luxury Presence, or similar agent website tools preferred
  • Knowledge of basic SEO principles and social media algorithms preferred
