Assistant Community Manager

Mandel Group, Inc. is searching for a Full-Time apartment Assistant Community Manager to complete our team at Hackney House, a luxury apartment community located in Oconomowoc, WI. 

The Assistant Community Manager will assist with the administrative duties (including rent collection) and leasing goals for the apartment community. A successful assistant will enjoy a diverse set of job responsibilities, be able to handle and adapt easily to working with multiple deadlines and pay close attention to detail. Excellent customer service skills are a must, as well as being personable and a team player. Experience with Entrata preferred.

Day-to-Day Tasks of an Assistant Property Manager:

• Provide excellent customer service;
• Lease apartments;
• Assist with bill and invoice entry;
• Collection of rent;
• Draft new lease and renewal lease agreements;
• Identify and implement creative programs for residents;
• Provide knowledge of places of interest in the apartment community area;
• Lead the social media marketing efforts;
• Other tasks to assist in making the apartment community the best it can be.

Requirement:

• Available to work weekend
• Previous Apartment Leasing experience required
