Your Mission
Identify and qualify as many TA Director/VP of TA prospects as possible by engaging them effectively: asking the right questions, raising awareness of HR challenges, and convincing them that AssessFirst is the solution for unlocking human potential.
What Youâll Do Each Day
Generate leads across the UK and US market through a multi-channel approach: cold calling, email outreach, social selling, inbound marketing, events, and more.
Analyse and understand your prospectsâ Talent Development and Recruiting needs to propose tailored solutions.
Schedule qualified meetings for the Account Executives and support opportunities through to closing.
Actively contribute to lead generation through attending TA-focused events (organized independently or with support from the Marketing team).
Monitor industry trends and experiment with new prospecting methods to continuously improve your performance.
Be happy to adapt your working schedule throughout the week to accommodate speaking with US clients.

What weâre looking for
