THE ROLEÂ
The Executive Director, Human Resources – Hospitality Division serves as the senior Human Resources executive supporting Legends' Hospitality Division and is a trusted strategic advisor to the President of Hospitality and their Leadership Team. This role develops and executes enterprise-wide people strategies that drive business performance, strengthen organizational capability, and position the Hospitality Division for continued growth and operational excellence.Â
Leading a geographically dispersed Human Resources organization, the Executive Director provides strategic oversight to a team of Regional Human Resources Directors supporting the East, West, Central, Midwest, Live Nation, and Integrations business units, while also providing leadership to the Director of Human Resources responsible for the Merchandise Division. This role ensures a consistent, high-quality Human Resources partnership across all operations while balancing enterprise priorities with the unique needs of each business.Â
The Executive Director partners closely with executive leadership to influence organizational design, workforce planning, succession planning, talent management, leadership development, employee relations, change management, compliance, and business transformation initiatives.Â

WHAT YOU’LL DO Â
Executive Business PartnershipÂ
Serve as the senior Human Resources Business Partner to the President of Hospitality and Hospitality Leadership Team.Â
Participate as a member of the Hospitality Leadership Team, contributing to strategic planning, operational priorities, financial discussions, and long-term business initiatives.Â
Influence executive decision-making through strategic HR guidance grounded in business objectives and workforce analytics.Â
Serve as a trusted advisor on leadership effectiveness, succession planning, executive coaching, and organizational health.Â
Human Resources LeadershipÂ
Lead, mentor, and develop Regional Human Resources Directors supporting East, West, Central, Midwest, Live Nation, Integrations and the Merchandise Division. Â
Establish performance expectations, accountability, and leadership development plans.Â
Ensure consistent execution of HR programs across the Hospitality Division.Â
Â
Organizational EffectivenessÂ
Lead organizational design and workforce planning initiatives.Â
Drive succession planning and leadership pipeline development.Â
Evaluate organizational effectiveness using workforce analytics and business metrics.Â
Recommend improvements that strengthen productivity and leadership capability.Â
Â
Talent Strategy & Leadership DevelopmentÂ
Develop enterprise talent strategies to attract, retain, and develop leaders.Â
Partner with Learning & Development on executive coaching and leadership programs.Â
Guide senior leaders through performance management and talent reviews.Â
Â
Employee Relations & Risk ManagementÂ
Provide executive oversight of complex employee relations matters, investigations, reorganizations, and reductions in force.Â
Partner with Employment Counsel to mitigate legal risk and ensure compliance.Â
Ensure consistent application of company policies and employment practices.Â
Â
Business TransformationÂ
Lead HR support for acquisitions, integrations, restructures, and strategic growth initiatives.Â
Develop change management strategies that support successful organizational transformation.Â
Â
Cross-Functional LeadershipÂ
Partner with Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, HR Administration, HR Investigations, Learning & Development, Employment Counsel, Payroll, Finance, and Operations Leadership to deliver integrated HR solutions.Â
Â
Operational ExcellenceÂ
Establish HR priorities aligned with divisional and corporate objectives.Â
Leverage workforce analytics to support executive decision-making.Â
Champion continuous improvement initiatives.Â
Travel throughout North America to support operations and executive leadership.Â

WHAT YOU BRINGÂ Â
Hospitality experience strongly requiredÂ
10+ years of progressive HR leadership experienceÂ
5+ years leading HR leaders in a multi-location organizationÂ
Executive partnership experience with senior operational leadershipÂ
Experience leading organizational change, integrations, workforce planning, and talent strategyÂ
Strong employment law and employee relations expertiseÂ
Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent education and work experienceÂ
SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification preferredÂ
Workday experience preferredÂ

Salary Range:Â $155,000 - $165,000Â
