JOB SUMMARY: ClientServiceManager whowill administer andmaintain service and communicationswith ourNon-Qualified plan clients.

• Administer andmaintain; documentation andrecord keeping, planstatements, and communicationofinformationto client, andassisttomodify and enhance plan administration processes withinthelimits of established policy.
• Provide client support and customer service onday-to-dayinquiriesfrom clients.
• Respondto clientrequestsin both oral andwritten communication.
• Actin a pro-activemannerwith assigned clients, advisors and partnersto build andretainrelationships.
• Responsiblefor interpreting plan documentsfor client plan administration.
• Provide calculations and amountsto plan sponsors, communicationoffund actions and communicate and consultwith clientsto answerinquiries,research andresolve issues, providelegal updates,and respondtorequests for specialized reports.
• Assist plan sponsor, partners andintermediaries on the utilizationofweb-based applications and deliverweb demonstrationsfor financial advisors and plan sponsors.
• Work with clientsto correct andfund payrollitems and handle distributionrequests.
• Manage enrollment eventswithPlanSponsors and necessaryinternalteamsincluding coordinatingthe development of enrollmentmaterials and education.
• Participate in salesfinals presentations andother clientmeetings.

REQUIREDEDUCATION, EXPERIENCE ANDCERTIFICATES,LICENSES,REGISTRATIONS
• You have a Bachelor’sdegreein a businessrelated field or an equivalent combinationof
education andindustryexperience.
• You have 4 ormore years of experiencein RetirementServices. Work with non-qualified deferred compensationor 457(b) and 457(f) plans a plus.
• You havethe abilitytoread, analyze, andinterpret general business periodicals,
professionaljournals,technical procedures,or governmentalregulations. Ability to writereports, business correspondence, and proceduremanuals. Ability to effectively present
information andrespondto questionsfromgroups ofmanagers, clients, customers, and
the general public.
• You are a “self-starter”and haveeffectivetime management andorganization skills as youwillworkin afast-paced, demanding environment oftenworking undertight
deadlines.
• You are ableto apply advancedmathematical conceptsutilizingExcel and accounting database softwareprograms.
