Job purposeĀ
Toprovide clinical services, which caninclude;āÆgroup facilitation, individual client sessions, client treatment plan and treatment plan reviews, Diagnostic Assessments, and client case management.⯠Must complete all licensure required documentation.āÆProvide client centered and trauma informed services to ensure clinical service compliance, outcomes, and client safety.Ā
Duties and responsibilitiesĀ
- Complete Diagnostic Assessment for all clients within10 days of admission to the program or obtain previously completed and valid DA from180 days prior.Ā
- Competent in facilitating therapeutic groups.Ā
- Complete CASII/SDQ, LOCUS, WHODAS, CAGEĀ
- Familiarity with other screening tools.Ā
- Attending scheduled staff and clinical meetingĀ Ā
- Maintain case files on each client as required using electronic health recordĀ Ā
- Ongoing evaluation of client needs to makeappropriate community and in-house referralsĀ Ā
- Work collaboratively with all other agency programsĀ Ā
- Maintain ongoing, current, and required training and self-development for best practiceĀ
- Attending department and clinical business meetingsĀ Ā Ā

QualificationsĀ
- Masterās degree in human services related field or equivalent experience preferred.Ā Ā
- Must hold a valid license for an LPCC, LPC, LP, LSW, LISW, LICSW, LMFT, LAMFT from either the Minnesota Board of Behavioral Health and Therapy, MN Board of Social Work, or MNĀ Ā Ā Board of Marriage and Family Therapy.Ā Ā
- Also, three years' experience in the field of chemical dependency with a minimum of two years direct client experience that includes experience in delivery of cognitive behavioral approaches, motivational interviewing and working with co-occurring disorders preferred.Ā
- Must have valid driverās licenseĀ
- Musthave training in cultural competencyĀ
- Must have training on trauma informed care and person-centered treatment planning prior to or within 24 hours of hireĀ
Hour priority: Evening and Weekends
Job Types: Part-time, Full-Time
Productivity (Part-time: 13 clinical hours & Full-time: 26 clinical hours)
