💰Compensation & Schedule ⏰

💵Competitive salary: $30/H to $40/H
🌙Night shift premium: +$2.00/hour
🕔Night shift schedule: Monday to Thursday, 5:30 PM to 5:30 AM (48H/week)
✔️3-day weekends every week 🙌
OR
🕔Day shift weekend schedule: Friday to Monday, 5:30 AM to 5:30 PM (36H/week)
✔️4-day weekends every week 🙌

🛠️Your Role

🔧 Under the supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor, theElectromechanic performs maintenance, repair, and improvement ofhydraulic 💧, pneumatic 🌬️, electrical ⚡, mechanical ⚙️, and automated 🤖 components, followinghealth and safety standards 🦺, torestart production equipment as quickly as possible ⏱️.

🛠️ Diagnose and repair or replace components;
📐 Readhydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and mechanical plans;
🔄 Perform variouspreventive maintenance tasks;
🧰 Usemachining tools to fabricate parts needed for repair, maintenance, or assembly of machines;
🏗️ Participate in theinstallation or improvement of production equipment;
✅ Ensurehigh-quality work within reasonable deadlines to minimize production downtime;
📈 Continuously seekimprovements, corrections, or implementation of new procedures to increase productivity and eliminate issues at the source;
🗣️ Maintainconstant communication with operators regarding the work performed on machinery;
🧹 Ensure aclean, safe, and organized work environment at all times;
📋 Performall other related tasks.

🎓DEC in Industrial Mechanics ORDiploma in Electromechanics;
⏱️Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the manufacturing industry;
🛠️Basic knowledge of cutting, manufacturing, and welding tools;
📐Ability to read plans, sketches, and service bulletins;
🗣️Good knowledge of French and English, spoken and written;
🏆Results-oriented and customer service focused;
💪Autonomy, thoroughness, proactivity, and problem-solving skills.
