Our portfolio includes Digital Shelf, Digital Purchases, Omnisales, Amazon Sales & Share, and other eCommerce measurement and analytics solutions.Â
As part of the continued evolution of our Global Omni Commerce organization, we are strengthening our Insights team to support commercial growth across the full Digital Commerce portfolio while delivering exceptional client value through actionable insights and consultative expertise.Â
ABOUT THE JOB
We are looking for a curious, commercially minded, and analytically strong Digital Commerce Insights Analyst to join our team in Paris.Â
This role sits at the intersection of client engagement, analytics, and business development. The successful candidate will partner closely with sales and customer success teams to support revenue growth across NIQ's Digital Commerce portfolio, with a particular emphasis on Digital Shelf and Digital Purchases solutions.Â
The role involves understanding client business challenges, translating customer briefs into compelling analyses, delivering impactful insights, and conducting product demonstrations that showcase the value of NIQ's eCommerce capabilities.Â
RESPONSIBILITIESÂ
Commercial Support & Growth EnablementÂ
- Partner with sales teams to support new business opportunities and growth initiatives.Â
- Participate in client meetings, discovery sessions, workshops, and executive presentations.Â
- Develop tailored demonstrations and proof-of-value exercises showcasing NIQ's Digital Commerce solutions.Â
- Support proposal development, RFP responses, and commercial pitches.Â
Portfolio ExpertiseÂ
- Build deep knowledge across NIQ's Digital Commerce portfolio.Â
- Act as a specialist with particular expertise in:Â Â
- Digital Shelf AnalyticsÂ
- Digital Purchases (e-shopper panel)Â
- Identify opportunities to connect multiple solutions to address broader client needs.Â
- Help clients understand how Digital Commerce solutions complement broader NIQ measurement capabilities.Â
Cross-Functional CollaborationÂ
- Work closely with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Commercial Excellence teams.Â
- Share best practices and market insights across the global Digital Commerce organization.Â
- Support the development of thought leadership, case studies, and commercial collateral.Â
QUALIFICATIONS
Required:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Statistics, Data Analytics, or related field.Â
- 3-6 years of experience in insights, analytics, consulting, category management, eCommerce, market research, or customer-facing analytics roles.Â
- Strong analytical and storytelling skills with the ability to turn data into actionable business recommendations.Â
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.Â
- Ability to engage confidently with client stakeholders and senior business leaders.Â
- Fluent English required; French strongly preferred.Â
Preferred:
- Experience in FMCG, retail, market research, eCommerce, or digital analytics.Â
- Knowledge of online retail ecosystems, marketplaces, and omnichannel commerce.Â
- Experience supporting commercial teams in pre-sales, consulting, or solution-oriented environments.Â
- Familiarity with Digital Shelf, consumer panel, syndicated data, or eCommerce analytics solutions.Â
