As p As part of the Risk Control team in Wealth Management line of business, you have the following responsibilities:

• Ensure the development, implementation and execution of controls of second line of defense for financial risks;
• Monitor, analyze, and report on market risk, liquidity risk, and credit risk exposures across private banking activities including complex exposures coming of derivatives trading;
• Contribute to the development of risk analysis and monitoring tools (Bank and Group);
• Design and enhance risk models, stress-testing methodologies, and limit frameworks to align with risk appetite;
• Ensure full alignment with evolving financial regulations;
• Produce regulatory interest rate risk reports and stress tests;
• Assessment of financial counterparties and monitoring of their respective limits;
• Define and control securities loan to values (LTV) for Lombard loans;
• Ensure risk monitoring processes and the production of risk reporting for Bank and Group;
• Promote the risk culture within the bank and the group.

• Master in Economics or Finance or equivalent, Financial Risk Manager certification is an asset;
• Minimum of 7 years of risk management experience, preferably in private banking, wealth management, or asset management.
• Very good knowledge of FINMA/Basel regulations;
• Fluent in French and English, knowledge of another language is an asset;
• Proficiency in MS Office tools, knowledge of VBA, Power BI, DAX & Python is an asset;
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to improve data tools and processes.
• Good interpersonal skills, ability to listen and customer oriented;
• Methodical, rigorous, accurate, and stress-resistant.
