CONTEXT & ENVIRONMENT

TotalEnergies and Saudi Aramco are developing anew petrochemicals expansion project in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia integrated with their existing joint ventureSATORP (62.5% Saudi Aramco / 37.5% TotalEnergies) that is a world-class refinery operated since 2014. It isflagship megaproject for the two Companies, referred to as AMIRAL project, and is an important deployment step in the group strategy to develop fully integrated production sites.

TheAMIRAL project is a highly complex petrochemicals program includingmulti EPCC packages, connected to the SATORP refinery and interfacing with several downstream new investors and several third-party stakeholders located in the industrial areaJubail 1&2 and King Fahd Industrial Port. The project includes amixed-feed steam cracker that will produce 3.5 MT/y of chemicals, related high added value petrochemicals and HDPE units, with all supporting utilities, storages, off-sites, and buildings. Theoverall CAPEX of the project is > $ 10.0 Bn.

The execution of the packages (EPCC Lump Sum Contracts) is supervised by the shareholders through anintegrated project management team (PMT) staffed by secondees fromTotalEnergies, Saudi Aramco, and external supplemental employees handling all aspects of project management and execution. The PMT is divided into a general entity and EPCC packages withPMT representatives overseeing EPCC Contractor activities. The PMT team is based inJubail industrial area, adjoining the construction site.

Data Stewards are part of the Engineering Core Team (ECT), part of the PMT general entity. ECT includes specialists the main project engineering disciplines, supporting the project organization in the EPCC packages in all technical matters includingHSE, engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, delivery of the Amiral Digital Twin etc… Data Stewards report to theAmiral Digital Officer.

Education and experience

• Engineering, data management, information systems, maintenance, operations or a related technical qualification.

• Oil and Gas, petrochemical or major capital-project experience involvingengineering data and technical databases.

• Experience withengineering authoring tools, EDMS, completion/commissioning systems, CMMS, maintenance or production databases.

Technical capabilities

• StrongMicrosoft Excel capability forcleansing, reconciliation, formulas, queries and controlled bulk files.

• Ability to preparedashboards and visual reporting using Power BI or equivalent tools.

• Practical understanding ofdata quality, data models, master/reference data, metadata, lineage and controlled exchange.

• Experience withAVEVA, Hexagon, Navisworks, engineering databases or Digital Twin platforms is an advantage.
