• Develop and implement revenue management strategies to maximize hotel revenue and profitability in line with hotel objectives, brand standards, and market demand.
• Monitor market trends, performance, and distribution channels, providing recommendations and adjustments to optimize room rates, inventory, and overall revenue.
• Support the GM and Hotel Management in strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting, and achieving or exceeding the hotel’s revenue targets.
• Oversee the Revenue & Reservation Department, ensuring effective daily operations, accurate handling of reservations, and adherence to revenue management processes.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: Experience in Revenue Management within the hotel industry, with strong analytical, market research, forecasting, and revenue optimization skills.
• Languages: Fluent in Vietnamese and English.
