Position Summary
Reviews Medicare Grievances dashboards, reporting, and analytics toidentify performance trends, emerging risks, and areas requiring action. Synthesizes findings into clear business insights and engages colleagues, business owners, and leaders across teams to drive alignment, coordinate response efforts, and support progress toward improvement. Serves as a senior point of coordination and escalation in a regulated environment, raising concerns when data signalspoor performance, unresolved risk, or insufficient progress. 

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of work experience in business consulting, project management, program management, business operations, process improvement, analytics, or a related field 

• Experience reviewing data, dashboards, and reporting toidentify business trends, risks, and performance issues 

• Experience synthesizing complex information into clear business insights, priorities, and action plans 

• Experience coordinating complex, cross-functional initiatives involving multiple stakeholders and varying levels of leadership 

• Experience managing timelines, dependencies, risks, and follow-up across concurrent initiatives or improvement efforts 

• Strong communication, influence, and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to engage leaders, clarify ownership, and drive accountability 

• Adept at problem solving anddecision making skills 

• Adept at collaboration and teamwork 

• Adept at growth mindset (agility and developing yourself and others) skills 

• Adept at execution and delivery (planning, delivering, and supporting) skills 

• Adept at business intelligence 

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting Medicare Grievances, regulated operations, or process improvement in a healthcare environment 

• Experience partnering with business leads to drive issue resolution and sustained improvement 

• Experience developing reporting, dashboards, or executive-ready summaries tomonitor performance and outcomes 

• Experience working across operational, compliance, and business teams to coordinate action and accountability 

• Experience escalating risks or performanceconcerns to leadership in a clear, solutions-oriented manner 

• Project or program management training, certification, or equivalent practical experience preferred 

EducationBachelor’s degree preferred and/or specialized training, relevant professional qualification, or equivalent experience 

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.  This position also includes an award target in the company’s equity award program.
