You will join theCloud R&D team, made up of around70 engineers, working in astart-up spirit and aDevOps culture driven by innovation and collaboration.

Your Role

As aBusiness Operation Analyst, you will play a key role in managing, maintaining, and improving thedata quality and structure that power the ArrowSphere platform.
Your mission will be to ensure theaccuracy, reliability, and consistency of the information used in transactions and integrations with our vendor partners.

Main Responsibilities

• Ensure themaintenance and quality of catalog data throughout the vendor lifecycle on the platform.

• Optimize and document processes related to data implementation and quality control, working closely with project teams.

• Define business requirements and follow up on the proper execution of related developments.

• Providefunctional support to project teams regarding data management and integration.

• Actively contribute tovendor onboarding projects on ArrowSphere.

Profile

• Master’s degree (or equivalent, Bac +4/5) inIT, data management, engineering, or business analysis.

• 2+ years of relevant experience in a similar position, ideally within acloud or digital environment.

• Strong understanding ofdata management, business processes, and quality control.

• Excellent written and spoken communication skills inEnglish and French.

• Analytical mindset, rigor, and strong attention to detail.

• Team-oriented, curious, and able to collaborate effectively with both technical and functional profiles.
